Call for Submissions for the PhD Poster Session
at the Advanced School on Service Oriented Computing 2014 (SummerSOC 2014)
What is it about:
The PhD Poster Session at the Advanced School on SOC 2014 will be a forum for PhD Students to present and discuss their current PhD research. A committee of renowned professors and industry members in the fields of service science, service oriented computing, cloud computing, BPM and workflow will provide feedback to the PhD students on the presented results, and help improve the quality of the PhD Theses. The PhD thesis topic must be related to the Advanced School subjects and may be related to and present results from research projects and cooperation with industry.
The expected submission is an extended abstract of the PhD Thesis clearly stating the problems the thesis aims to address and the major contributions.
The abstract description must be no longer than 2 pages and formatted according to the LNCS format for paper publications (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html). Submissions should be in PDF.
Selected thesis abstracts will be presented as posters during the poster session at the Summer SOC.
